2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

Payment is required as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are applicable only if the service is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean or other resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Liability & Damages

While we take utmost care, Blueglade Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or minor accidental damages during cleaning.
